Cavern Diving Skills: Placing and Removing a Primary Reel

One of the most important skills a student learns during the TDI Cavern Diver Course is primary reel placement and removal. Working with a reel underwater takes a little bit of practice, and before we try it in the cavern zone, we always do a few practice runs in the confined water to work out any kinks and answer student’s questions.
