Natalie Gibb marks a T-intersection at Cenote Chan Hol. Here, she uses a REM (Referencing Exit Marker) as a non-directional marker and places it on the exit side of the intersection. Marking lines in this manner avoids confusion and assures dive teams of the direction of exit. Using non-directional markers to mark T-intersections is a skill taught in the Full Cave Diver Course.
